We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the purchase date.
All returns and exchanges must request for RMA# prior to shipping the goods back to
us. We reserve the rights to refuse any returned packages without RMA#.
Note: Returned packages received without RMA# will not be process and
will ship back with the sender’s expenses.
How to request for an RMA# online:
- Log in to your account
- Click "View Details" of the order
- Click "Add New RMA"
We are working as quickly as we can to fulfill every RMA request. Most RMA request will get processed within 3-5 business days. If your request has not been processed within 5 business days, please e-mail us directly at support@deal800.com |
